UL Lafayette Students will return from Spring Break on Monday to free doughnuts at the corner of Rex Street and St. Mary Boulevard. The giveaway, from 8 to 9 a.m., is the first of several events during 2006 Lagniappe Week.

On Monday, students can watch “The Dukes of Hazzard” at the Student Aquatic Center near Bourgeois Hall. The dive-in movie starts at 8 p.m.

Other activities planned throughout the week include:

Tuesday, April 25

• 4:45 - 6:15 p.m. – Photo Scavenger Hunt, Student Union
• 6:30 p.m. – Ragin’ Cajun Baseball game

Wednesday, April 26

• 3 p.m. – Canoe races at Cypress Lake
• 7 p.m. – Laugh Fest, Student Union

Thursday, April 27

• 12:15 p.m. – Annual Cypress Lake jump and cake giveaway, Student Union porch
• 2 p.m. – Festivities at Blackham Coliseum
• 4:30 p.m. – Live music, boiled crawfish and jambalaya and prize giveaways,
Blackham Coliseum. This event is free for students with a meal plan. Students without a meal plan can purchase $7 tickets at the door. General admission is $10.
