UL LAFAYETTE’S TEAM BEAUSOLEIL GETS $30K DONATION
| Dr. Geoff Gjertson, team leader for the BeauSoleil Louisiana Solar Home, accepted a $30,000 donation from the Louisiana Associated General Contractors. The donation came from the LAGC’s Education Trust Fund. Team BeauSoleil competed in the 2009 Solar Decathlon against team from across the globe. They placed first in market viability and first in people’s choice.
